All sessions begin with a personalized Ayurvedic intake. You’ll receive thoughtful guidance rooted in over 20 years of experience blending Yoga, Ayurveda, Energy Medicine, and Bioresonance. Every path is unique — and I’m here to walk it with you.

To begin: Please text me your full name and email address. I’ll create a secure client account for you in Healthie and send your intake forms directly.

All intake forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

I also require a credit card on file to reserve your session. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the full fee — this policy honors both your time and mine.
