What to Expect
These sessions draw from the therapeutic branches of Yoga — including breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and personalized lifestyle guidance. Together, we’ll work to calm the nervous system, uncover underlying imbalances, and reconnect you with a sense of inner steadiness and clarity.

Session Details
Your emotional healing journey begins with a 60-minute Ayurvedic consultation, where we explore your health history, lifestyle, and root-level challenges. This initial session is $325 and includes a personalized wellness plan — crafted and emailed to you after our meeting — to support emotional balance, clarity, and nervous system healing. A brief intake form is required beforehand.
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and offered at $175 per session. These sessions help deepen insight, adjust your wellness plan, and support you as you build resilience and steady alignment over time.
